Mr Paritosh Sharma is a consultant vascular surgeon based in London, specialising in varicose veins, lower limb arterial disease and aortic disease alongside stroke prevention, hyperhidrosis treatment and arterio-venous malformations. Mr Sharma, who has significant experience in managing varicose veins with minimally-invasive techniques, has worked at most of London's vascular centres. Dr Teng-Teng Chung is a highly experienced consultant in endocrinology based at London Lauriston clinic and London Medical. Her special interests include all aspects of thyroid disorders, adrenal disease, pituitary disorders, calcium disorders, and polycystic ovarian syndrome.  

Dr Chung qualified in medicine from the University of Sydney. She underwent her clinical training at the prestigious endocrine unit at St Bartholomew’s Hospital. She secured a medical research council fellowship in 2007 and completed her PhD in adrenal molecular endocrinology at QMUL.

Professor David Rawat is a distinguished paediatric gastroenterologist with over 18 years of experience as a consultant, serving both in the NHS and the private sector. He currently practises privately at New Victoria Hospital in London.

Professor Rawat possesses extensive experience in managing acute and chronic paediatric gastrointestinal (GI) disorders. He has developed a particular expertise in GI motility disorders, which was further enhanced through a clinical fellowship in neurogastromotility at Boston Children’s Hospital, Harvard University, USA. In addition to GI motility disorders, his specialist interests include gastrointestinal allergies, feeding disorders, inflammatory bowel disease, and therapeutic endoscopy.

Professor Rawat began his medical journey at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) in Dublin, graduating in 1993. He then completed his post-graduate paediatric training in Cambridge, UK, and went on to attain subspecialist qualifications in London. In September 2004, he obtained his Certificate of Completion of Specialist Training (CCST) in paediatric gastroenterology, hepatology, and nutrition.

Throughout his career, Professor Rawat has held consultant positions at two of London’s most prominent NHS tertiary teaching hospitals. From 2005 to 2011, he served at The Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, where he also held an honorary contract as GI Lead with The Royal Brompton Hospital. He then continued his work at The Royal London Hospital from 2011 until 2017. Expanding his international experience, Professor Rawat worked in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, from 2018 until December 2022 at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City, the largest children's tertiary teaching hospital in Abu Dhabi, in the Department of Paediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition.

In January 2023, Professor Rawat returned to London and was reappointed to his NHS consultant post at The Royal London Hospital, where he now leads the paediatric GI motility services. His academic career is well established, with numerous research publications in peer-reviewed journals. He was also awarded a clinical professorship at Khalifa University, College of Medicine and Health Sciences in the UAE. His commitment to medical education is evident in his ongoing efforts to lecture and mentor undergraduate and postgraduate junior doctors, both in the UK and abroad.

Uro-Oncology Fellowship: He spent a year as a senior uro-oncology fellow at the University Hospital of South Manchester, gaining expertise in advanced renal and pelvic cancer surgery. 

Impressively, Mr Emara uses both HIFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound) and cryo ablative techniques for focal prostate cancer treatment and is highly skilled when it comes to the use of Greenlight Laser Therapy and Rezum treatments for benign enlargement of the prostate. He has published over 70 peer-reviewed publications and delivered podium presentations at both national and international meetings. 
His work within Urology Partners allows him to work collaboratively with other consultant urologists to treat complex cases for kidney treatment and within The Hampshire Clinic he also works with fellow surgeons in other specialties for pseudonoma cases.

Mr Simon Brewster is a consultant urological surgeon with more than 33 years' experience of clinical practice in urology. With a private practice in Oxford running alongside his senior NHS consultant position, Mr Brewster offers state-of-the-art care for the diagnosis and management of prostate cancer, benign prostate enlargement symptoms, prostatitis, urinary tract infections (UTI), scrotal conditions and blood in the urine (haematuria).

After qualifying as a doctor from London's Charing Cross Hospital in 1986 with a first class degree in anatomy and honours in pathology, Mr Brewster undertook his training in surgery and a doctorate research thesis based in Bristol. In 1998 he was appointed as a consultant in Oxford and pioneered the prostate cancer and HoLEP services there. He has led the University Hospitals department with teaching, clinical management, clinical governance and as an elected staff governor for the NHS Foundation Trust. He is a Fellow and Tutor at Hertford College, Oxford. Nationally and internationally, Mr Brewster has influenced specialist training and auditing of surgical outcomes by organising two major conferences and has sat on committees of the British Association of Urological Surgeons (BAUS) and the Uro-oncology Board of the European Association of Urologists (EAU).

Mr Brewster performs MRI-targeted prostate biopsy, diagnostic bladder examinations (cystoscopy) and a wide range of surgery with a high level of patient satisfaction. For prostate and bladder symptoms he offers all medical options and recent surgical innovations including holmium laser enucleation (HoLEP), BIPOLAR TURP and Rezum steam ablation which have the advantages of reduced bleeding, side-effects and a very short hospital stay compared to traditional prostate surgery. He also has considerable experience with ultrasound-guided prostate brachytherapy, gel spacer implants prior to prostate radiotherapy and day-case injections to treat incontinence after prostatectomy. Mr Brewster also offers patients the new  Water-jet prostate AquaAblation treatment.

Mr Brewster maintains an active interest in research and education; he has produced over 90 publications in books and peer-reviewed journals. He is a co-author of the very popular Oxford Handbook of Urology, now in its 4th edition. He undergoes annual appraisal and revalidates with the GMC every five years.
